My strategic leadership at Abbott—where I was selected for the Executive Leadership Program at IIM Ahmedabad—drove market share from 7% to 25%, positioning the brand as the No. 1 player in Transfusion Medicine.
As an IIM Calcutta alumna, I have transitioned from the traditional corporate “hustle” to becoming a dedicated proponent of the Blissipline philosophy. In my debut memoir, Healing is the New Hustle, I delve into how high-achievers can integrate internal peace to fuel external impact. I bridge the gap between high-stakes strategy and sensory intelligence, helping leaders cultivate unshakeable presence and courage.
Beyond the boardroom, I am a celebrated author and a recipient of the Asia Book of Records honor. As a Tea Architect and Sensory Alchemist, I also founded the House of Blisssence, where I curate premium artisanal experiences and neuro-acoustic interventions designed to bring mindfulness into professional and personal spaces.
